Upcoming iPhone 8 With Higher Resistant To Water and Dust: Till now we all have heard so many things about the features that upcoming iPhone 8 may have, it is expecting that Apple is going to bring new design and many more additional new things in it.
Now, a new report from The Korea Herald is suggesting an additional feature in upcoming iPhone 8. According to this report, iPhone 8 will have higher resistant to water and dust as compared to waterproofing of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Apple introduced this new feature of waterproofing in its last released iPhone i.e. iPhone 7 for the first time. As per the reports, iPhone 8 has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. This increased rating in protection means that the new smartphone can withstand in about a meter deep water for up to 30 minutes. In comparison to iPhone7, it is much better as iPhone 7 has an IP67 rating which indicates that it is resistant to splashes and can withstand a short period of being underwater.
This increased level of water and dust resistance is actually very good to appreciate for the smartphone as durability is an important aspect which every smartphone user wants. Water resistance is becoming an important feature for the smartphone and so on this criteria, Apple is going to do something appreciable.
In many synthetic tests, iPhone 7 has shown good results beyond its waterproofing rating but as iPhone 8 has an officially higher rating it would surely make Apple set a good stand in the market.
In IP rating for a smartphone, the two digit number indicates the protection it has against solids and liquids. For example, in IP68 rating the number 6 denotes the resistance of phone against dust and number 8 indicates the resistance in the water. So as iPhone 7 has an IP67 rating it means, its resistance against dust is same as iPhone 8 will have. So, improved waterproofing in iPhone 8 is another feature with so many other expectations that costumers have for upcoming iPhone.

Other than improved waterproofing, iPhone 8 is expected to have all new glass and stainless steel design. The screen may have OLED display with bezel-less screen. It is also rumored that the new iPhone may not have a home button instead touch ID will be integrated into the display.
