Realme was teasing its Realme Smart TV and Realme SmartWatch line-up for a long time using a chain of cryptographic tweets and finally today we got the official word from the man-in-charge Mr. Madhav Sheth, CEO realme India via. his twitter handle and a realme community post from realme community admin account.
The teasing started a long time ago. A poll was held on Madhav Sheth’s Official Twitter handle asking the audience to put up their raw thought over realme’s plan of entering the world of Smart Televisions, The response was blazing and almost 95 percent of the participant’s wanted realme to enter the world of Smart T.V’s and after some time another poll was held asking Twitteries to share their opinion over screen and software configuration and again the response was amusing and most of the guys wanted a Smart T.V with a screen size of 40” and above with pure Android T.V experience instead of some custom OEM skin over the top.

After the above-mentioned chain of polling and opinion hunting, An image surfaced on twitter where Madhav Sheth and CMO of realme India Francis Wang were seen posing against a shipping container with an embedded tagline of realme i.e. ‘Dare To Leap’ a lot of speculation went out over the tech street and ‘Tech-Smiths’ at Tech Awareness predicted that container got something amazing for the Indian Consumers and the most probable product at that time was realme Smart T.V and realme Smartband. During an interview with Indian Tech YouTuber and Reviewer Gaurav Sharma popularly known as ‘Technical Guruji’ CEO realme, India revealed that the container was packed with realme Smart TV but he didn’t lodge more details.
After the speculations around Smart T.V started folding off realme came up with a teaser video showing off their upcoming products under AIoT category Divided into three broad categories namely Smart Displays, Smart Sound and Wearables and during the teaser video, some amazingly cool product’s were showed-off like ANC earphones i.e. Active Noise Cancellation Earphones, Realme Smartwatch with a circular dial, smart speakers, Smart TV and a Smart Mirror as well. Everyone over the internet went hunky-dory after the release of this video on 24th February 2020 moment’s before the unveiling of India’s first 5G smartphone ‘realme X50 Pro 5G’.
Yesterday, a cryptic-cum-teasing tweet went live over Madhav Sheth’s twitter handle stating “Planning to ‘Watch’ the ‘TV’ tonight! Goodnight!“
This message evoked the senses of every nerd and realme fan who was waiting for realme to enter the world of Smart T.Vs or Smartwatches. And today at exactly 10:01 AM IST a tweet from Madhav Sheth went live announcing an online-only launch of realme’s First Smart T.V(s) and realme Smartwatch with a square dial(not a circular one) that means something more special is cooking.
