Porsche Design’s Book One Awesome Alternative To SurfaceBook: At Mobile World Congress Porsche Design has revealed its Book One with a beautiful hinge that seems to be competitive to Microsoft Surface Book with its 2-in-1 design. Porsche ambitious effort makes them move into computers from mobile through collaboration with Quanta, Intel, and Microsoft.

Design:
Its design is similar to Microsoft Surface Book that means it is the detachable 2-in-1 laptop connected with a hinge which you can rotate it 360 degrees. Its hinge looks like a gear box and its pairing really beautiful with the entire laptop On the base of the Porsche Book One there is a Thunderbolt capable Type-C port, a microSD slot, two USB ports, and a headphone jack for audio output. It also has a precision trackpad and a Windows Hello camera so you can log into Windows 10 with just your face identification. Weight and dimension of the laptop are similar to SurfaceBook with little ups and downs.
Hardware:
If we look at the hardware of the device it consists of 13.3-inch QHD display which is equivalent to 2K display which will give quite good experience in sharpness. It is powered by 7th generation Core i7 processor, 16GB of memory which seems to be enough for high-end work, 4K editing, gaming, and multitasking. It consists of 512GB SSD storage which will give you a good experience with quick boot up and other processing like copy-paste and so on.
Battery:
Porsche Design is promising to give the battery backup of around 14 hours which seems to be quite impressive and more than another renown laptop like MacBook Air is known for battery backup of 12 hours.
Availability and Price:
Porsche Design’s Book One will be available in stores in late April 2017, with a price tag of $2,495.
