Moto E4 & E4 Plus With Longer Battery Backup & Comparatively Lower Price-Announced: After the Moto Z2 Play was unveiled during an event two weeks back, here Motorola has managed to come up with another pair of smartphones. Yes, some of you might have guessed it right, we are talking about the much-awaited budget friendly smartphone from the Moto E range i.e the Moto E4 & E4 Plus. Although both of them are a bit pricey than the earlier launched Moto C range but they meet the user expectations & however seems much affordable.
Moto E4 & E4 Plus With Longer Battery Backup & Comparatively Lower Price-Announced
Although both the devices i.e Moto E4 & E4 Plus will be running Android 7.1 Nougat 7 also be having a screen resolution of 1280 x 720. The devices will also be very similar in having the RAM of 2 GB, however, the internal storage will differ in both the handsets. Let’s move on with the individual specifications one by one:
1. The Moto E4:
The Moto E4 will be featuring 5 inches of the display having a resolution of 1280 x 720, designed with a metal finishing on the outer sides. The device will be running Android 7.1 Nougat & will be powered by Snapdragon 425 or 427 quad-core processors that will be clocked at 1.4 GHz, however, some of the markets may offer the phone having a MediaTek 6737 chip into it. This time Motorola has backed up the device with a longer battery life with 2800 mAh of removable battery support.
Talking about the Camera of the smartphone, it will feature an 8MP of Rear Camera & for selfies a 5MP will be there at the front side. The good news is that the unlocked version of the device i.e E4 will be having a Fingerprint sensor in it & the same will also be available in the versions sold by Verizon & U.S. Cellular.
2. The Moto E4 Plus:
The same metal design for the handset as in the E4 but with a larger display of 5.5 inches, powered by Snapdragon 427 quad-core processor with some exceptional markets that will sell it with MediaTek 6737 chip as in the case of the E4 model. This device will also be having a handful of 2 GB of RAM but will be offered with 16/32GB of internal storage options.
Also, the rear ended camera will get better having a 13MP at the back & the same 5MP at the front for better selfies with a fingerprint sensor present into it. Another remarkable feature of the E4 Plus is its 5000 mAh removable battery that will reportedly last for two days on a single charge.
Price & Availability:
The Moto E4 will be made available with color options of Licorice Black & Fine Gold, at the starting price of $129.99 in the US & for €149 in the Europe. While the Moto E4 Plus will be available in Iron Gray & Fine Gold color options at a starting price of $179.99 in the US and €199 in Europe. Both the handsets will be having Nano-coating finishes which will help the device to protect themselves from any unwanted spillages or water. The Moto E4 & E4 Plus will be available sometimes later in June.
