Microsoft’s Lumia 650: Rakish Phone Under Your Budget: Microsoft introduce new budget smartphone called Lumia 650 which is upgraded from Lumia 640. Lumia 650 is very good budget phone with many good feature available on Windows mobile 10 OS like continuity and much more. Windows mobile 10 OS is now much refined in terms of user needs still app which are made by google is not available yet but most of apps are available in Windows ecosystem.
