Huawei Watch 2 With Long Lasting Power Backup: Announced At MWC 2017: The Huawei Watch 2 is out now at the ongoing MWC event & it has almost everything that is needed inside a smartwatch. Most importantly the power backup of the Huawei Watch 2, lasts long for about a month. It has GPS for tracking your running cycle & for workout sessions monitoring an optical heart-rate sensor is there which keeps you updated with the health stats. Additionally, the NFC support has been also extended to the device for mobile payments.
Huawei Watch 2 With Impressive Power Backup: Announced At MWC 2017:
The Huawei Watch 2 will also be offering a 4G LTE cellular connection with their international models, although the plans had yet not been revealed by the company. The main focusing part of the watch is its battery life as most of us are very much concerned with the backup that these devices offer. The Huawei Watch 2 is having a special watch mode that can track the steps & display them along with the time for up to 25 days. The company has brought two different models for the watch, having some different features which we will be talking in detail now.
Huawei Watch 2 Sport & Classic:
The two models that the company has disclosed are the Huawei Watch 2 & Huawei Watch 2 Classic. Featured with 1.2 inches of a circular display having a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels, will provide a good visual experience to the users. The earlier Huawei Watch, which was protected with scratch proof sapphire crystal glass now has been swapped with the Gorilla Glass 3 in the Huawei Watch 2, which has an added benefit of reduced weight of the watch this time, no matter that this has made the watch thicker than the original Huawei Watch.
The technical configuration of the watch includes a processor that is of 1.1 GHz Snapdragon Wear 2100 having a RAM of 786 MB & offered with an internal storage of 4 GB. The presence of an optical heart rate sensor, GPS, Wi-Fi, NFC & Bluetooth are the additional features that the users are going to avail with the Watch 2 this season. According to the company, the Watch can be used normally in a continuation for 2 days & with an active GPS, its battery will last for about 10 hrs.
The Difference Between The Two Models:
Although both the models share the same features but the international LTE option will be exclusively available with the Huawei Watch 2. Another difference between these two models lies in the design of the device as the Watch 2 has a sportier and more rugged look with curved straps on it.
The Watch 2 is also having an extra button which can be customized to quickly jump into a certain app. In contrast to the Watch 2, the Classic Model comes wrapped in a stainless-steel case and a leather strap (Titanium Grey) & has a more traditional look and features standard 22mm watch straps onto it.
Yet another model of special edition i.e Watch 2 Porsche Edition has been also announced by Huawei at the MWC press conference but it is not very clear about its unique features if it would be having some or not. Although the availability & price for the Huawei Watch 2 is yet to be announced.
