Apple AirPods may be most trending earbud around the world but another earbud from Samsung, Jabra, Bose, and various other companies gives AirPods edge to edge fight in the different departments like audio quality or features but we haven’t got anyone device which really competes with Apple. Huawei has launched its new FreeBuds 3 which looks similar to AirPods having functionality equivalently better.
Huawei has press event at IFA 2019 which is going to be held in Berlin, Germany. In this event, Huawei introduces their next iteration FreeBuds called as FreeBuds 3. Some department Huawei puts its shoes apart from Apple as they introduce the Active Noise Cancellation feature to this device which allows you to have hazel free calling and music without any unwanted noise and user can control the range of Noise Cancellation from the device in which you connected.
Design of FreeBuds 3 has similar AirPods “floss” design but the case of FreeBuds really looks identical to dental floss. The device is easy to pair and works outside the box without any issues. The battery life of the device during a single charge is about 4 hours this may differ as per noise cancellation range, the case of FreeBud 3 gives around 20 hours of charge.
The earbuds are available in the black and white color variant. The open fit design of the device really meant hard for Huawei to design noise cancellation but they, however, achieve this easily. Which made FreeBuds 3 the world’s first noise-cancellation, What this means that the earbuds don’t create a sealed physical barrier between your ear canal and the world around you, like the silicon tips on regular in-ear noise-canceling headphones try to do.
Huawei also adds AirPods like feature to add proximity base audio turn on and off gesture so when the user plugs out FreeBuds 3 from the case the sound will pause and will continue when you plug the other one. To power, all these feature Huawei introduces their own chipset called A1 chipset which seems the same as H1 chipset of Apple’s AirPods. But the A1 Chipset will have Bluetooth 5.1 standard along with Low Energy standard that will allow the earbuds to have low latency and power consumption.
In the trail of the Earbuds in the event, people are not allowed to connect their own device and they are also playing only 3 songs on the device due to which we are not able to tell you about the sound quality.
