    Apple Opens Its First App Accelerator In Bengaluru (India): Last year in May 2016, Apple has shown his interest in opening App Accelerator in India during the Tim Cook’s visit to India. Apple is planning to open its first App Accelerator in Bengaluru, India to support engineering talent and enhance the growth in India’s iOS developer community. Apple on Friday launched its App Accelerator at Yelahanka in Bengaluru.

    First Apple App Accelerator In India:

    At the launch of App Accelerator, Philip Schiller, senior vice president of Worldwide marketing met with top Indian developers and appreciated the talent of Indian developers. He said, “India is an exciting global market for Apple with incredible growth potential.”

    “We are impressed by the great entrepreneurial spirit in India, and are excited to provide a platform for these developers to share their innovations with customers around the world,” Apple SVP or Worldwide Marketing Philip Schiller said in a statement. “In just the first few weeks, we’ve already seen some incredible developers here at the App Accelerator Bengaluru, including Practo and Reliance Games, create innovative apps that can meet the needs of customers in India and around the world.”

    Apple’s team will provide support to developers who will associate with the project. Apple experts will lead briefings weekly, and give one-on-one reviews on Apps of developers, said by the company. Apple will also provide support and guidance on Swift, Apple’s programming language created to build apps for iOS, Apple TV, and Apple Watch. Swift will provide developers to write safe, more reliable code, save time, and make more app experience.
