4K Apple TV Reportedly Going To Be Unveil With Launch Of iPhone 8: Apple is all set to release its upcoming flagship iPhone 8 in next month. As this year marks the 10th anniversary of the iPhone, Apple has introduced many new changes in the smartphone to make the device completely different. Now a report comes Bloomberg suggests that Apple is going to unveil its 4K Apple TV with the upcoming iPhone.
Leaks from Apple firmware have revealed that the Apple will introduce new Apple TV set-box. Code references to an Apple TV with Dolby Vision and HDR10 (High Dynamic Range) support were discovered in the starting month of the August. The new Apple TV will be able to stream 4K video and be able to put live television content. At the event of iPhone 8 launch, it is expecting that Apple will also share information about the latest version of tvOS and watches alongside the iOS 11.
Apple TV With Sharper Contents And HDR Support
According to the report from Bloomberg, the new Apple TV will support the sharper contents and also support HDR (High Dynamic Range). The HDR content is basically to provide clear vision for darker scenes by providing the greater range between whites and blacks on your TV screen.
The streaming of high-resolution 4K content is going to be possible because of the presence of faster processor that will allow that. In the report of Bloomberg, it is also claimed that Apple is discussing with movie studios for the supply of 4K versions of movies to iTunes and video apps that supports 4K video.
TV app has limitations currently that does not allow the streaming of live content, only you can have the back streaming shared by the third-part app. However, the new TV app might provide the features of live streaming video.
Apple is trying to bring its TV among consumers by giving them more quality and features so that the company can withstand in the market with the rivals like Google and Amazon.
