Realme launched ‘Seven!’ new products and it is quite a large number for any tech-lifestyle brand considering the current pandemic situation. All the products are aptly priced and follow realme’s ‘Power Meet Style’ ideology. The list contains two smartphones under the ‘realme X50’ series, two power banks, two True Wireless Earphones, and one backpack. Let’s talk about them in more detail.
Realme X50 Pro Player
Realme X50 Pro Player is a new addition in realme’s prominent and flagship X50 series and this device turns out to be a gamers centric device. Realme X50 Pro Player Edition packs a 6.44” Super AMOLED Display with 90Hz of refresh rate and support for HDR10+.
The device is powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset i.e. Snapdragon 865 while packing up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM to provide the user a class apart smooth experience when coupled with 128GB of UFS3.0 storage.
This gamers centric device support Hyperboost 3.0 technology that will assist you in achieving a dynamic and lag-free experience. This technology will automatically switch between WiFi, LTE, and 5G depending upon signal variation and strength.
Tactile feedback system turns out to be a cherry on top and provides a realistic and dynamic experience. The device is powered by a 4,200mAah battery and ships with a 65W SuperDart charger that can charge your device from 0 to 100 in almost 35 minutes.
Realme X50 Pro Player Edition houses four cameras as well where the primary sensor is a 48MP Sony IMX586 shooter with an 8MP ultra-wide camera along with 2MP depth-sensor and 2MP Macro lens as well.
The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition price starts from 2,999 Yuan, which is approximately Rs 31,940 in India. This price is for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The 8GB RAM +128GB variant is priced at 3,299 Yuan (approx Rs 35,130). There is also a 12GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, which will be available for 3,599 Yuan, which is roughly Rs 38,330 in India.
Realme X50m
Realme X50m turns out to be a mid-range 5G device from the house of realme. Realme X50m got a large 6.57” IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz that will definitely blow your mind when coupled with a 180Hz touch sampling rate.
The device is powered by Qualcomm’s mid-range 5G chipset i.e. Snapdragon 765G with inherent support of 5G. The chipset is based on a 7nm architecture that provides efficiency and dynamic performance.
It packs a Quad-rear camera setup with primary camera being a 48MP shooter along with 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth-sensor, and 2MP Macro lens. It also got a dual punch hole camera set up over the front panel where the primary camera is a 16MP shooter with a 2MP depth sensor.
It got two storage variants with 6GB/8GB RAM configuration with 128GB UFS2.1 storage. The device is powered by a 4,200mAh battery with 30W fast charge support.
The device starts at a price of $280, 2099 Yuan, and Rs.21,000. India launch of this device seems eminent.
Realme Buds Air Neo
Realme Buds Air Neo is a step-down version of Realme Buds Air. The same true wireless earphones launched in India today at a price of Rs.2,999. Realme Buds Air Neo got some pluses as well like a 13mm bass boost audio driver rather than 12mm dynamic driver seen on ‘realme Buds Air’.
It packs more than 17 hours of entertainment when coupled with charging case, while you can grab a playback time of more than 3 Hours over earbuds only. It will pack dual-channel transmission and Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Buds Air Neo is supposed to pack some similar features previously seen on Realme Buds Air like custom R1 chip with support for low latency gaming mode, similar design profile, touch controls, and instant pairing support as well. The Chinese price of Buds Air Neo is 269 Yuan that converts as Rs.2,700.
Realme Buds Q
Realme Buds Q turns out to be the most affordable True Wireless Earbuds form the house of realme. It sports an in-ear design similar to that of Samsung Buds instead of stem design like its predecessors. Realme Buds Q is designed in association with french designer Jose Levy. The storage-cum-power case is based on a pebble design and looks like a long cylindrical pebble. This TWS from realme packs a 10mm bass boost drivers to produce dynamic bass and funky sound.
Realme Buds Q is IPX4 rated splash and dust resistance. These buds are very light on weight, single bud weighs only 3.6gm while buds with case weigh only 35.5gms. Buds Q doesn’t get support for Wireless Charging but it got support for 30W fast charging.
The Chinese price of Buds Q is 149 Yuan that converts to RS. 1,600 approximately.
Realme 30W DART Powerbank
Realme 30W DART Powerbank is a China-exclusive product that is capable of producing a maximum output power of 30W and you can fast charge the Powerbank itself with any 30W fast charger. This power bank comes in two color variants i.e. Classic Black with Yellow embossing and a Yellow variant with a black embossment of the brand name. The power bank got a textured micro-stripe structure. The power bank is capable of storing 10000mAh of charge and is available only in China for 199 Yuan that converts to Rs. 2000 in India.
Realme Powerbank 2 10000mAh
This is the same power bank realme launched in India at a price of Rs.999. There are no significant change over its predecessor. Major change can only be seen in the design department as it got a textured Micro-stripe design rather than a smooth plastic finish as previously seen on realme Powerbank 10000mAh. It is available in two color variants i,e, Black with Yellow embossing, and Yellow color with Black embossing. This power bank packs a two-in-one cable for charging Micro-USB and Type-C device with only one cable. The Chinese price for this power bank is 109 Yuan that converts to Rs.1,100.
Realme Multifunctional Backpack
The newly launched Realme Backpack is not a tech backpack instead it more like an explorer or a traveler backpack. It got a face of a rucksack with two side compartments for distinguished purposes. Realme Backpack also got two extension stipes to secure over the back objects that seem most appropriate in camping and hiking scenarios. The backpack is available in only one color i.e. Grey and is priced at 149 Yuan that converts to Rs.1,500 approx.
